One team for the whole event
Sound, video, lighting, staging and décor are planned together, because at an event they meet in the same place: the stage. Where the screens hang decides where the speakers can stand; the décor is only as good as the light on it; the lighting has to work for the camera as well as the room.
Every job starts with what the event has to achieve and the room it happens in. From there we design the system, test every piece before it leaves our Etobicoke shop, set it up and test it again on site, and keep a crew there through the show. When an event needs something we do not supply ourselves, we coordinate it with partners we work with regularly, so there is still one team to call.
